The USMNT captain has recorded a goal or an assist in all eight of his games this season. Going back to last season, Dempsey's regular-season streak sits at 10 games (he got on the scoresheet only in the last of Seattle's four playoff games last fall).
The top three players on the list all sit at 11 straight regular-season games with a goal or assist, and all three came during MLS' early years. This gives the Seattle Sounders star a shot at history on Saturday night when the Sounders take on Sporting Kansas City (10 pm ET; MLS LIVE).
