Ski soccer could be the new way to play the world's game | SIDELINE

Ski Soccer

A group of alpine enthusiasts in Norway may have just found a new way to play the beautiful game.

It includes skiing down a mountain, grinding on rails and doing flips off of jumps, all while trying to score on a goal nestled at the bottom of the hill.

Team Ronaldos defeated Team Telemark in this landmark match, on what some might consider a bogus free kick given by the referee. We'll just have to wait and see if Team Telemark files an appeal.

Had it been around a few years ago, this form of soccer could have potentially come in handy for the New York Red Bulls-D.C. United playoff match back in 2012 that was postponed due to heavy snow.
