AMSTERDAM – Bob Bradley's Stabæk continued their role as the hottest side in the Tippeligaen on Saturday night, with Cole Grossman going the distance in midfield to aid a 2-0 derby triumph at Vålerenga.

The Blue Ones have now posted five straight clean sheet victories in league play, including three straight away from home. More importantly, Stabæk remained three points back of leaders Rosenborg through seven rounds.

Over in Austria's top flight, Conor O'Brien and Wiener Neustadt missed the chance to go level on points with the last safety place by dropping a 4-2 home decision to SV Grödig.

The midfielder departed with the hosts still only down a goal, having completed 33 of 39 passes while chipping in with three clearances and a shot block. Now winless in eight, the Blue-Whites have four games to pull themselves out of the basement.
