Goal of the Matchday

Vancouver Whitecaps' Octavio Rivero wins Week 3 AT&T Goal of the Week with dramatic diving header

The latest AT&T MLS Goal of the Week race is run, and it wasn't a particularly close one.

The Vancouver Whitecaps' Uruguayan striker Octavio Rivero is this week's champ, as his diving, flicked, ingenious, last-gasp header to beat Orlando City SC in stoppage time cruised to an easy victory with more than half the total votes cast.

Finishing in a distant second is 2014 MLS MVP Robbie Keane's fine effort for the LA Galaxy. Keane is followed by Ryan Hollingshead's carefully-placed finish for FC Dallas, Fatai Alashe's historic opener at Avaya Stadium's debut and and Harry Shipp's well-crafted consolation strike for the Chicago Fire.
