Major League Soccer announces the return of Jersey Week in the lead-up to 2015 MLS season

Jersey Week 2015

Jersey Week is back for season three.

MLS announced on Tuesday that 16 MLS clubs will unveil new jerseys in the week leading up to the 2015 regular season which kicks off on Friday, March 6 (LA Galaxy vs. Chicago Fire, 10 pm ET on UniMas).

The Montreal Impact will kick off Jersey Week on February 28 and it concludes with Toronto FC on March 7. Most clubs will be hosting local events in conjunction with the unveilings (see schedule below).

All 20 MLS teams will go into the new campaign with at least one new shirt. DC United (February 8) and the Vancouver Whitecaps (February 23) released their new jerseys earlier this month, while expansion side New York City FC showed off both of their inaugural strips in 2014.

The San Jose Earthquakes' jersey unveiling date has yet to be determined.

For the third straight year MLSsoccer.com will have full coverage of Jersey Week and you can also follow on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #JerseyWeek.
