US Soccer unveiled their new away kits on Monday, revealing a primarily blue gradient design that will be debuted by the US women’s national team at next month’s Algarve Cup in Portugal.
The men’s national team will wear the uniform for the first time when they play at Denmark on March 25.
The jersey features a gradient pattern on the front and back of the shirt, beginning in white at the shoulders before progressively evolving to a dark blue at the hemline. Both sides of the jersey feature a wide white stripe that extends to the shorts.
The shirt also features a V-neck collar with a red triangle insert, ensuring that red, white and blue are all represented in the kit. The inside of the back of the neck features a pennant tab with 13 red and white stripes signifying the original colonies that formed the first states.
The new away shorts are dark blue with the white stripe along both sides that sync with those on the shirt.
The men will wear a dark blue sock without the gradient design.The women will wear a new gradient away sock that matches their jersey -- dark blue with a wide tonal stripe of chevrons on the calf at the back.
The jerseys will go on sale on the US Soccer website on Wednesday.
