Longtime NBA star and Vancouver Whitecaps part-owner Steve Nash was a surprise guest at US national team training on Wednesday, taking in the USMNT’s session in Carson, Calif. alongside Jurgen Klinsmann.
The LA Lakers point guard – who has trained with the ‘Caps first-team and did a session with the Red Bulls in the summer of 2010 – has missed most of the last three NBA seasons while dealing with a variety of injuries.
We can only hope that Jurgen gave the Canadian some solid fitness tips.
