Here's who's No. 1 in the MLS Allocation Rankings after the New York Red Bulls sign Sacha Kljestan

There's a new No. 1 atop the MLS Allocation Rankings.

After Tuesday's trade between the Montreal Impact and New York Red Bulls, RBNY moved up to No. 1 in the rankings and they didn't waste any time putting it to good use. It took them just 24 hours to burn the spot on US international and UEFA Champions League veteranSacha Kljestan of Anderlecht.

As a returning US national team player and one who left MLS on a transfer, Kljestan comes back into the league via the Allocation Rankings as per the MLS Roster Rules (click HERE to get the lowdown).
