Landon Donovan presented Lifetime Achievement Award at inaugural Premios Univision Deportes

Landon Donovan's career may be over, but that is not stopping him from continuing to rack up awards.

Donovan added yet another piece of hardware to his trophy cabinet on Thursday night, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award at the inaugural Premios Univision Deportes. The former LA Galaxy striker, who is fresh off winning the MLS Cup in his final game as a professional, was presented the award by MLS commissioner Don Garber.

The 32-year-old legend's career has been nothing short of remarkable. Donovan holds multiple individual records in MLS and with the US national team, including being the all-time leader in goals and assists on both levels. He decided to retire back in August.

Donovan has been busy since helping LA win their fifth MLS Cup nearly two weeks ago. He went on a trip to Ecuador and Peru with several other members of the Galaxy shortly after winning the championship, and then returned stateside for the Univison Deportes gala.
