After a richly successful 14-year career in the league he helped build, Landon Donovan can finally ride off into the sunset with his record sixth MLS Cup title after the LA Galaxy's 2-1 win over the New England Revolution on Sunday.
Donovan put in 120 minutes of hard work at StubHub Center and his exultant celebrations after the final whistle will linger in the memory of many Galaxy fans. But it was only the latest among innumerable iconic moments he produced in MLS over the years.
