The other nominees are Pennsylvania native and Dortmund target Christian Pulisic, Los Angeles native and former LA Galaxy academy member Haji Wright and Mukwelle Akale, a 17-year-old from Minnesota who has been linked to a potential move to Spanish side Villarreal.
