Going on the road and grabbing a result, let alone a victory, is never an easy task in MLS. But for half of the teams hitting the road for the MLS Cup Conference Semifinals, presented by AT&T, the job might not be as tough as it seems on the surface.

For the Columbus Crew and Real Salt Lake, picking up results away to the New England Revolution and LA Galaxy, respectively, has not proven all that difficult, according to the history books. Columbus has an all-time winning record at 14-13-5 in matches at New England, and they were 1-1-0 in the two regular season matches played at Gillette Stadium in 2014.

RSL also split their season series away to the Galaxy this year by going 1-1-0, and are a respectable 6-8-1 all-time when facing the four-time champs at StubHub Center.

For the New York Red Bulls and FC Dallas, things look much more bleak. The Red Bulls were 0-2-0 vs. D.C. United in games at RFK Stadium this season and compiled a 10-20-4 record as a road team throughout the history of the Atlantic Cup rivalry.

FC Dallas have a brief history of road matches against the Sounders and they did lose their only meeting at CenturyLink Field this year to move to 1-5-1 all-time in games played in Seattle.

But as we all know, trends go out the window when it comes to the playoffs. So for what it's worth, here's a full rundown of the numbers for the away teams this weekend:
