The US women's national team can punch their ticket to the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada in Friday’s matchup with Mexico (7:30 ET; Fox Sports 1) in the semifinals of the 2014 CONCACAF Women’s Championship at PPL Park in Chester, Pa.

The US are coming off a 6-0 win Monday over Haiti at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., to move to 3-0-0 in Group A play and claim the top seed in the semifinal round.

Mexico finished runner-up in Group B with a 2-1-0 record, their only loss coming in their opening game against Costa Rica, who face Trinidad & Tobago in Friday’s other semifinal matchup.

The US, 25-1-0 all time in the CONCACAF Women’s Championship, are looking for their fifth tournament title. In fact, Mexico handed the US their only loss ever in the tournament, in 2010 when the Women's Championship was held in Mexico. The host side shocked the Americans 2-1 for their first-ever win against their northern neighbors, forcing the USWNT to qualify for the 2011 World Cup through a playoff.

The match on Friday will also likely mark the 300th cap for captain Christie Rampone.

The 39-year-old debuted for the USA in 1997 and has appeared in three different decades and will become just the second player in soccer history to play 300 times for his or her country, following former teammate Kristine Lilly, who finished her illustrious career with a world record 352 games from 1987-2010.

Rampone is currently the most-capped active player in the world.

But the US will be without one key player after forward Alex Morgan was ruled unavailable for the remainder of the tournament following a spained ankle in the USA’s 5-1 win over Guatemala on Friday.
