The U-23 US national team got a taste of the scenery they're hoping to see in the 2016 Summer Olympics, but know they have their work set out after falling 3-0 to Brazil’s U-23s on Monday at the Estadio Nacional in Brasilia to culminate their three-day October camp.

Atletico Mineiro’s Luan, Barcelona’s Douglas and Lazio’s Vinicius all had goals for Brazil.

For the US, Chicago Fire’s Benji Joya, Colorado Rapids’ Dillon Serna and Shane O’Neil, LA Galaxy’s Oscar Sorto and Galaxy Academy’s Mario Rogriquez were the MLS representatives in the starting XI. New York Red Bulls’ Matt Miazga and the Rapids’ Marlon Hairston both came on as second-half substitutes.
