Here come the reinforcements.

After a 1-1 draw against Ecuador on Friday night, US national team manager Jurgen Klinsmann has called up six MLS-based players -  including five Designated Players - ahead of Tuesday night's matchup against Honduras in Boca Raton, Florida (8 pm ET, ESPN and UniMas).

Clint Dempsey (Seattle Sounders), Michael Bradley (Toronto FC), Jermaine Jones (New England Revolution), Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City) and goalkeeper Sean Johnson (Chicago Fire) join US camp in Fort Lauderdale, Florida after their MLS weekend matches. Dempsey, Besler, Zusi and Johnson played Friday night, while Bradley and Jones are in action on Saturday night.

The MLSers replace six players heading back to their club teams: John Brooks (Hertha Berlin / Germany), Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy), Omar Gonzalez (LA Galaxy), Brad Guzan (Aston Villa / England) and Joe Gyau (Borussia Dortmund / Germany), who sprained his knee vs. Ecuador.

Donovan and Gonzalez are expected to play for the LA Galaxy in a nationally televised match on Sunday night at FC Dallas (7 pm ET, ESPN2). With a win or tie, the Galaxy can take sole possession of the top spot in the Supporters' Shield standings as the team with the best record in MLS.
