If there's one thing that holds true in sports, it's this: Fans love logos, and they love to discuss, debate and vote on them.
More and more professional sports teams are leaving their team identity — whether it be team name, logo or some other form of profile — up to the fans these days.
The latest team to follow this trend comes from the soccer world — Charlotte Independence of USL PRO.
Announced in September as the newest USL PRO team and set to begin play in 2015, the club will only be without a logo for a bit longer.
Right now, on Charlotte's website, fans from around the world can vote for one of 12 potential club logos (also seen above). And we must say, they're all very good.
The club will be the USL PRO affiliate of MLS side Colorado Rapids beginning with its inaugural season.
