AT&T MLS Goal of the Week update: Obafemi Martins' strike leads the way on final day of voting

AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 24

Week 24 was full of fantastic finishes, but so far, one has proved head-and-shoulders above the rest, at least when it comes to AT&T MLS Goal of the Week voting.

Obafemi Martins' mazy run and finish has surged to the front of the race with 62.97 percent of the votes cast, as of Thursday morning, well ahead of Sam Cronin's heat-seeking half-volley, which sits in second place with 17.27 percent.

Further back, Andrew Wenger's impressive effort in the Philadelphia Union's win over San Jose has 7.95 percent, followed by Marc Burch at 6.56 percent and Lee Nguyen at 5.26 percent.

There's still time to make your pick, though. Cast a ballot for your favorite goal before voting ends! The winner is determined by the total number of votes cast online and will be announced on Friday.

Voting runs until 11:59 pm PT on Thursdays. For complete coverage of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week — including an archive of all of this season's nominees and winners — click here.
