7. BRAZIL HUMBLED IN SEMIFINAL SHOCK

The World Cup semifinals got under way on Tuesday and Germany delivered the shock of the tournament, beating host side Brazil, complete with on loan Toronto FC goalkeeper Julio Cesar, 7-1.
