World Cup: Man delivers on promise to eat picture of Italy national team after Costa Rica upset

The World Cup makes people do some crazy things.

Then again, Reddit user ArgieGrit01 wasn't exactly going out on a limb by publicly stating his conviction that Costa Rica could not beat Italy on Friday. "If they win I'll eat a picture of the Italian football team," he confidently commented.

So when the Ticos actually pulled off the shock victory of the tournament thus far, ArgieGrit01 was left to eat crow with a side of Azzurri.

And since no one would believe he actually did it, he documented it on video. A man of his word, among other things.
