You Make the Call: Did referee make right call by awarding penalty kick to Brazil vs. Croatia?

Did the referee make the right call on Brazil's game-winning penalty vs. Croatia?

The inaugural match of the 2014 World Cup was decided on a penalty kick.

Brazil came from behind to defeat Croatia 3-1 at Arena Corinthians on Thursday thanks in part to a disputed penalty kick called by Japanese referee Yuishi Nishimura in the 69th minute when the score was still tied 1-1.

Center back Dejan Lovren was judged to have pulled down Brazilian forward Fred just as he was about to fire a shot on goal. Fred hit the deck and the referee called it.

The Croatians protested the call, but Neymar stepped up to score his second goal of the game and give Brazil a lead they would not give up.
