How will you react if Julian Green makes the USMNT's 23-man Brazil roster?

Snubs, scandal and TV money

Following a historic day for soccer in the United States, the guys gather to break it all down. They start with the US national team's provisional World Cup roster, with ESPN analyst Taylor Twellman around to help dig in and make sense of Jurgen Klinsmann's selections. Why isn't Eddie Johnson there after helping the US qualify? Will scandal ensue if Julian Green makes the final roster for Brazil? Who should play right back with Timmy Chandler back in the mix?

And while the roster news provoked plenty of discussion, nothing was bigger than MLS' new media rights deal with ESPN, Fox Sports and Univision. The guys debate Friday vs. Sunday night as must-see MLS viewing and put a historic deal in context, one that will affect every domestic soccer fan through the year 2022.

Finally, ExtraTime Radio has stumbled onto some prizes, and the best emails are getting some swag in return for their prose. In this episode, Brek Shea's fantasy MLS destination is mooted and the guys wonder whether the player who earns the penalty should be forced to take it. Last but not least, the call is out for your best revenge story (soccer or otherwise). Email us at ExtraTime@MLSsoccer.com or tweet us at @ExtraTimeRadio.
