Save of the Week

Vote now for MLS Save of the Week: Week 8

2014 Save of the Week (Week 8)

Goalkeepers all across MLS made eye-opening and highlight reel-worthy saves in Week 8. Now, it is up to you to decide whose was the best.

Four different starters are up for this week's MLS Save of the Week award, with Columbus Crew netminder Steve Clark leading the way with two nominees. Clark denied both Thierry Henry and Eric Alexander in stellar fashion in Columbus' 1-1 draw with the New York Red Bulls.

The other candidates are New York's Luis Robles, FC Dallas' Chris Seitz and Houston's Tally Hall. Robles made a stupendous flying save on Waylon Francis in the stalemate at Crew stadium, Seitz made his latest acrobatic stop by denying Davy Arnaud in FC Dallas' 4-1 defeat at D.C. United and Hall got low quick enough to block Bradley Wright-Phillips in the Dynamo's 4-0 road loss vs. the Red Bulls.
