The final week of the regular season and Round 36 of MLS Fantasy did not disappoint one bit. There wasn't a lot of double-digit performances, but of the seven players who did reach that mark, five were owned by at least 13 percent of owners: Diego Valeri, Camilo Sanvezzo, Thierry Henry, Rodney Wallace and Graham Zusi.

Only five teams were represented on this week’s Dream Team. The Portland Timbers and New York Red Bulls led the way with three selections apiece.

Dream Team formation: (3-4-3)

Top Players: Camilo Sanvezzo, Diego Valeri - 15 points

Defenders (3)

There were only four teams who earned cleaned sheets in Round 36, so for the most part, defenders weren't as impressive as last week. However, both Rodney Wallace and Lawrence Olum added plenty of fire power at the attacking end, which helped them venture into elite status. Wallace scored in Portland's 5-0 victory over Chivas USA and Olum tallied a goal and an assist in Sporting KC's 2-1 win over Philadelphia.

Six defenders scored eight points in Round 36, but the final DT spot on the backline was awarded to Futty Danso. See which five players just missed the cut!

Midfielders (4)

The midfielders produced much like the defenders, but with slightly better numbers. Diego Valeri was the co-leader in points this week with 15. He had two goals and an assist in just 45 minutes of action.

Graham Zusi played the full 90 minutes, scoring a goal and adding multiple bonus points at the attacking end. His finished the day with 11 points.

Three midfielders finished in a tie with nine points, but only two made it: Jonny Steele and Russell Teibert. Timbers captain Will Johnson was the odd man out this week.

Forwards (3)

There were 31 goals scored in Round 36, tied for the third-most this season. Three of those goals were scored by Camilo Sanvezzo, the 2013 MLS Golden Boot winner. (Watch his hat trick vs Colorado.)

Thierry Henry and Peguy Luyindula teamed up to grab the remaining two spots with 14 and 13 points respectively in New York's 5-2 win over the Chicago Fire Sunday night.

Joe Bendik (8 points)

Three goalkeepers finished the round with eight points, but Toronto's Joe Bendik got the nod. Matt Reis and Donovan Ricketts are eagerly awaiting any potential scoring changes which would swing the decision in their favor. For Reis, this would've been his league-leading fifth Dream Team performance of the season.

*Dream Team subject to change. All point totals are finalized Wednesday for Rounds ending on Sunday
