This week in MLS Fantasy, 16,384 participants will be faced with a new challenge. A new journey. A new goal: How to conquer MLSsoccer.com's Fantasy Cup Challenge!
For those of you still fighting and clawing your way to the top of the overall rankings, MLS Fantasy Cup is just a bonus. But for everyone else, the competition is just starting to heat up.
All stat corrections from Round 28 have been finalized, so now's the time to login and see if you made the cut! Remember, you had to have ranked among the top 16,384 players in Round 28 to qualify for MLS Fantasy Cup.

If you failed to qualify for MLS Fantasy Cup, all is not lost. You can still play and compete in the game as if nothing ever happened. But for those of you who did qualify, here's what you need to know.
All matchups for MLS Fantasy Cup have been assigned. Check to see who your opponent is by logging in to fantasy.mlsssoccer.com and clicking the "My Team" tab at the top of the page.
From there, scroll down until you find the section labeled "Cup" on the right side of the page. It is located between "Global Leagues" and "Transfers and Finance."
Here you will find your first opponent, or victim as some may call it, for the first round of MLS Fantasy Cup. Click on their team name and see which players they're banking on this week.
As a reminder, don't forget to check out today's Starting Lineup (above), as well as my latest article on who's in and who's out due to international duty and suspensions. This should help you tremendously when setting your lineup for total domination.
