Today is Friday, which means not only is it the end of the work week, but it also happens to be MLS Insider day on the NBC Sports Network and TSN (7:30 pm ET and 2 pm ET, respectively).
New England Revolution goalkeeper Matt Reis and his family were in attendance at the Boston Marathon in May when when bombs exploded near the race's finish line and numerous lives were changed forever. Reis heroically ran back into close proximity of the bombing area in order to find and aide his wife's father, who had been injured in the blast.

Also on MLS Insider tonight: you either love them or hate them, but they don't seem to care; a feature on the San Jose Earthquakes' "Bash Brothers," forwards Steven Lenhart and Alan Gordon. Big, tough and physical on the field, but laid back, playful jokesters off it.
