That was the caption on the above photo from New York Red Bulls midfielder Dax McCarty's Instagram account when he shared that epic shot of postgame celebrations following the 2005 Milk Cup Elite Final.
As McCarty noted above, recently signed New England Revolution forward Charlie Davies was the hat-trick hero of the day for the United States side that took down his New York teammate Jonny Steele and Northern Ireland by a score of 4-2. Steele was actually already connected to the American game in 2005 when he played for the Kansas City Comets indoor team.
