Honduras will open their play in Group B July 8 vs. Haiti, before facing El Salvador July 12. They conclude group play July 15 against Trinidad and Tobago. They have never won the Gold Cup, although they did take the 1981 CONCACAF Championship. In the 2011 Gold Cup, they made it to the semifinals before losing to eventual champion Mexico.
