Round 16 of MLS Fantasy Soccer: Manager was the highest-scoring round of the season. The average score was 47 points and the highest score was 148 points.
Only four teams were represented on this week's Dream Team. The Vancouver Whitecaps and Portland Timbers accounted for nine of the 16 players that notched double-digit point tallies, while the Montreal Impact had four players accomplish the same feat.

Defenders (5)
The Portland Timbers showed that they are one of the best all-around teams in MLS. Their defense struggled to start the season, but they were the only team in Round 16 to grab clean sheets in both of their fixtures.
Vancouver’s Jordan Harvey led all defenders with 16 points, scoring a goal in each of his team's games this round. Colorado’s Nathan Sturgis also scored a goal to add to his total, while Montreal’s Matteo Ferrari claimed the fifth and final spot with a clean sheet and multiple bonus points. The next closest player had nine points.
Midfielders (3)
Three somewhat unexpected players grabbed Dream Team honors in midfield this week. Montreal’s Patrice Bernier had an assist and five bonus points over a two game stretch to co-lead all midfielders with 13 points.
Portland’s Darlington Nagbe had a wonder-strike against FC Dallas that put him in position to tie Bernier in points with 13. Colorado’s Brian Mullan proved that he’s one of the best crossing right backs in the league, even though he’s listed as a midfielder. He rounded out Round 16 with 12 points.
Russell Teibert and Kalif Alhassan ended the week with 11 points each.
Forwards (2)
There were a handful of forwards who you would have been happy to own this week, but Camilo Sanvezzo and Kenny Miller were the top guns. Camilo’s 25 points was the best performance by a single player in any round this season. Miller’s 16 points wasn’t too shabby either. Vancouver has a bye this weekend, but these two players have proven to be key pieces to Martin Rennie’s offense going forward.

Goalkeeper – Donovan Ricketts (17 points)
Donovan Ricketts has been a beast this season, racking up multiple Save of the Week honors and clean sheets along the way. This week was his best week of the season as it seems the Timbers defensive issues are in past. Montreal’s Troy Perkinscame in second this week with 12 points.
Congratulations to Kathleen Redpath (ALABAMA ALiENS) who finished Round 16 with 148 points. Kathleen had both Camilo and Kenny Miller, but chose to Captain Miller instead. Either way, this was a huge week for ALABAMA ALiENS.
