Round 15 of MLS Fantasy Soccer: Manager was the lowest-scoring round of the season. The average score was 28 points, and the highest score was 85 points.

Twenty three players have already increased in value since Sunday, so the earlier you act the less you’ll spend when making your transfers. MLSsoccer.com's Starting Lineup will be taping on Thursday this week, so leave your questions in the comments section below or tweet them to @MLSFantasy.

The Philadelphia Union dominated this week’s Dream Team with five of the 11 spots. They had at least one player at each position except forward. Conor Casey had a good outing, but Jack McInerney disappointed this week by missing two big chances.

Dream Team formation: (3-5-2)

Top Player: Brian Carroll – 15 points

Defenders (3)

It was a light week for defenders. Only three teams out a ten came away with a clean sheet and only one defender found the back of the net. Sheanon Williams scored his first goal of the season and ended with a season-high of 13 points. Four players tallied eight points this week, but there was only enough room for two of them; Jeff Parke and James Riley. Jose Goncalves and Stephen McCarthy were the odd men out this week.

Midfielders (5)

Carroll (15 points) stole the show on Wednesday night, and although several others came close to matching his performance, none could match it. Javier Morales and Russell Teibert ended up in a tie for second with 12 points each. Morales’ has 27 points in his last two games, while Teibert has 31 in his last four games.

Lamar Neagle (11 points) and Sebastien Le Toux (10 points) rounded out this week’s list of midfielders with double-digit point tallies. Neagle has 45 points in his last five games and Le Toux has 36 points in his last six games.

Forwards (2)

Only two forwards surpassed the 10-point barrier this week, and both made it to this week’s DT. Camilo led the charge with two goals in 90 minutes played. Olmes Garcia scored his two goals in only 29 minutes played. The rest of the forwards scored eight points or less.

Goalkeeper – Zac MacMath (9 points)

Three keepers came away with clean sheets this week, but MacMath’s extra defending bonus point helped him edge out D.C. United’s Bill Hamid by one point.

In week 16 you’ll want to focus your attention on those goalkeepers with two fixtures. There are four choices this week so choose wisely.

Congratulations to Tim B (Awesome Sauce 96’) who finished Round 15 with 85 points. Tim had four players on this week’s Dream Team and captained Morales.
