Round 13 of
MLS Fantasy Soccer: Manager
was a monster round for two Designated Players: Robbie Keane and Marco Di Vaio. Keane recorded a hat trick in 44 minutes, while Di Vaio did it in just 32. With Keane leaving for International duty, expect Di Vaio to be the big pickup of the week. Less people have been captaining Zusi as of late, but he's still the top dog. But, with International duty taking several key players out of the equation, who do you think is going to be captained the most over the next few rounds?

Dream Team formation: (5-2-3)

Top Player: Robbie Keane – 21 points

Defenders (5)

Rodney Wallace has scored 32 points in the last over weeks, but he isn't the only defender making a name for himself on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Due to injuries, Nathan Sturgis ($4.2m) has been playing midfield for the Colorado Rapids. This might not last long with Hendry Thomas eying a return in the next couple weeks, so grab him now if you're considering it. The Rapids have three clean sheets in their last four games and Sturgis has 35 points in the same stretch as well. Chris Klute has also come up big for Colorado, scoring 30 points over the last four rounds.

Sean Franklin and Chris Tierney round out this week's list of defenders. Franklin benefited from playing high up the field, finishing off a "Big Chance" situation created by Robbie Keane. Tierney plays for a New England Revolution team that's logged seven clean sheets in 12 games. Here's a list of defenders worth picking up for Round 14.

Midfielders (2)

Only two midfielders make the cut this week, which is not good news for all those who captained Graham Zusi. Portland's Darlington Nagbe was the top point-scorer among midfielders this week, and despite Justin Mapp's DT appearance after scoring eight points, however three other midfielders accomplished the same feat: David Ferreira, Brad Davis and Patrice Bernier.

Forwards (3)

Not every forward went off this week, but 11 of them scored seven points or more. Keane (21 points) and Di Vaio (16 points) were the top point-getters, but Andrew Wenger played well, too, grabbing a goal and an assist in the Montreal Impact's 5-3 win in Philadelphia.

Goalkeeper – Raúl Fernández (9 points)

The Peruvian national teamer came up big for FC Dallas this weekend, securing the win and a clean sheet over the San Jose Earthquakes. He currently leads all goalkeepers with 45 saves.

Congratulations to Orandy Brown (RandyFC) who finished Round 13 with 119 points. Brown's lowest scoring player was Landon Donovan (six points). Brown didn't have both Keane and Di Vaio, but solid outings from the rest of the team proved to be the difference. Brown gave Keane the captain's armband, earning 42 points for the decision.
