Castrol Weekly Top 20: Can anything stop Wondolowski?

Just in case Jurgen Klinsmann needed another argument why he should have called Chris Wondolowski into US national team camp, we'll submit this:

Wondo finished atop the Castrol Weekly Top 20 as Week 31's top performer after his hat trick against the Colorado Rapids, which also netted him the Player of the Week award. He just edged out Real Salt Lake's Fabián Espíndola and Seattle's Fredy Montero. (See how players get points in the Castrol methodology here.)

It's just one more feather in the cap of the MLS MVP frontrunner as he helped his San Jose Earthquakes inch closer to the Supporters' Shield and his second Golden Boot Award. Rack it up next to Wondolowski's four MLS Player of the Week and three Player of the Month nods in 2012.

Behind the goalscoring heroes who came in at Nos. 1, 2 and 3 was a quartet of goalkeepers in the Top 10. They were headlined by D.C. United goalkeeper Bill Hamid, who made a pair of spectacular saves in a late victory at Toronto FC, at No. 4; FC Dallas' Kevin Hartman (No. 6), Philadelphia's Zac MacMath (No. 7) and Chicago's Sean Johnson (No. 10).
