MLS announced on Tuesday that Commissioner Don Garber has fined Portland Timbers Owner Merritt Paulson $25,000 for inappropriate conduct directed at the officials, and through the use of social media, during and after the Timbers’ match against D.C. United on Sept 29, 2012.
