The Seattle Sounders will have to play on the road if they are to win a fourth straight US Open Cup crown.
That's according to the draw released by US Soccer on Saturday afternoon which outlines potential hosts and pairings for the June 26 quarterfinals.
If they can get by Cal FC in Tuesday's fourth-round match, Seattle would have to travel to face the San Jose Earthquakes or NASL champs Minnesota.
The only other MLS clubs that would have to travel for a potential quarterfinal are the New York Red Bulls (at D.C. United or Philadelphia Union) and Chivas USA (at San Antonio Scorpions).
