The MLS Disciplinary Committee on Friday suspended midfielder Michael Stephens (above) for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for his challenge on Houston's Adam Moffat in the 46th minute of the match, ruling that he endangered the safety of his opponent.

Forward Mike Magee was also suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount for aggravated dissent against the referee, including throwing a ball in the referee’s direction in the 92nd minute (see video below).

The Disciplinary Committee also suspended Philadelphia Union forward Lionard Pajoy for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for his challenge on Toronto FC's Joao Plata in the 29th minute (VIDEO) of their game last weekend, a 1-0 TFC victory.

Fines collected will be donated to the charitable partners of MLS W.O.R.K.S. and the MLS Players Union.
