<p>A pair of emphatic, two-goal wins. And guess who&#39;s back in the MVP race &mdash; nearly at the top, as a matter of fact? <p>In four games against the Power Rankings&#39; top 6 teams, the Sounders are 0-2-2 with two goals scored and four conceded. In all other games, they&#39;re 7-0-0 with 13 scored and two conceded. <p>A month ago, Sporting looked like a team that would never squander a lead all season, which made it shocking that they&#39;d squander a two-goal cushion in Colorado. It&#39;s a growing concern, no question. <p>The Power Rankings politburo expected Houston to flick a switch as soon as their home slate started, but it&#39;s been a sputtering start to the BBVA Compass Stadium era at best. <p>The Power Rankings politburo are not huge fans of midseason shake-ups, but when nothing&#39;s working you&#39;ve got to roll the dice. That&#39;s what Robin Fraser&#39;s done, and it came up aces against the Galaxy on the weekend. <p>Nobody&#39;s dealt with more injuries early on than this Columbus side. <p>Climbing off the bottom of the Western Conference standings was a good start, but we&#39;re not really going to believe in this team until Kris Boyd starts scoring. <p>The bottom&#39;s dropped out. Looking at this current roster, one person who looks like he could fix LA&#39;s woes is Edson Buddle. If he starts scoring, they&#39;ll have a shot at the playoffs.
