AT&T Goal of the Week: Pappa leads as clock winds down

Marco Pappa

2012 AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 8

As the clock winds down on another edition of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week, there's still time to let your voice be heard.

And if you're in the camp that says the corner kick golazo from Marco Pappa (above) was the best of Week 8, you're not alone. The Fire winger's late goal in a 2-1 loss to the Seattle Sounders last Saturday is currently in the lead, with 26 percent of the total vote.

That's good enough to hold a slight edge over the nifty breakaway chip from New York's Thierry Henry (23 percent), but the back-post finish from Colorado rookie Tony Cascio isn't far behind the frontrunners (19 percent).

Make sure you cast your vote now, before time runs out. Voting closes at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, and we'll reveal the winner on Friday on MLSsoccer.com.
