American Exports: Aalborg's Rolfe back this week

Chris Rolfe plays for Danish side Aalborg BK

AMSTERDAM — Though Aalborg attacker Chris Rolfe was unable to beat a minor ankle knock to appear this weekend, the club have him slated to be back in the lineup when they visit HB Køge on March 19.

The 29-year-old right winger picked up the complaint during his first game back from the extended winter break, but still trained up until last Friday. At that time, the staff decided to give him the day off for Sunday's 1-0 victory over Lyngby.

"It was from the match against FC Copenhagen," AaB press officer Brian Andersen told MLSsoccer.com. "He was not yet [recovered] to play against Lyngby, but we expect he'll be ready for our next game."

For the season, Rolfe has four goals and four assists in 19 Superliga games. Aalborg, meanwhile, stand fifth through 20 games and just one point shy of a Europa League place.
