Slovenia unveiled their 23-man roster ahead of the international friendly against the USA that will be played on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in Ljubljana (noon ET on ESPN2 and Galavisión).
The list includes 10 players who saw action against the US national team back on June 18, 2010, in a Group C match at the World Cup in South Africa. That match finished in a 2-2 tie that was made infamous by referee Koman Coulibaly's decision to call back an apparent game-winner scored by Maurice Edu.
The two goal scorers for Slovenia in that match, Valter Birsa and Zlatan Ljubijankic, are among the five selections at forward for Slovenia.
There is also a healthy representation of nine Slovenian players who ply their trade in Italy, including two teammates of Michael Bradley's at Chievo Verona.
The match marks the debut for the new Slovenian national team manager, Slavisa Stojanovic, who recently served as an assistant coach for the United Arab Emirates national team.
