Vancouver's Chiumiento wins AT&T Goal of the Week

The Vancouver Whitecaps have had a long and largely disappointing season, particularly on the road where they have yet to win a game.

So it's safe to say that Davide Chiumiento's swivel-and-spin volley at Red Bull Arena, voted AT&T Goal of Week for Week 26, rates as one of the team's 2011 highlights.

Chiumiento's golazo only earned the 'Caps a tie against the Red Bulls, but it won the fan vote in a landslide at 64 percent and will likely be a formidible challenger to teammate Eric Hassli's wonderstrike in Week 13 for Goal of the Year.
