The Vancouver Whitecaps and Chicago Fire will play the remainder of the 2011 campaign under the direction of a new boss.

Vancouver's director of soccer operations, Tom Soehn, takes the reins for the Whitecaps. Soehn replaces Teitur Thordarson, whose squad mustered only 9 points through 12 games and found themselves in last place in the Western Conference.

Frank Klopas will take over for the Fire, replacing Carlos de los Cobos. Klopas, Chicago's technical director, will look to turn around a season which sees the Fire currently sitting in 8th place in the Eastern Conference.

Both Soehn and Klopas have their work cut out for them, but which one will get the job done better?
