Toronto FC defender Marvell Wynne is part of a 16 player Generation Adidas roster that is currently enjoying an excursion over in Spain.
The squad will be traveling through various parts of the country training; touring football complex's belonging to the country's biggest teams and taking part in Reserve games against local teams.
Tuesday November 27th the team played Rayo Vallecano's (2nd Division team in Madrid) Reserve team and the game finished 1-0 to the Generation Adidas squad. The goal was scored by Nathan Sturgis (Real Salt Lake) in the 26th minute with the assist going to Colorado Rapids player Jacob Peterson.
TFC's Wynne started at the back and played the full 90 minutes. The team has now departed Madrid and is on their way to Sevilla by train where they will attend Tuesday night's UEFA Champion's League match which pits the hosts, Sevilla taking on Arsenal.
Thursday the team will be back in Madrid and face Real Madrid's Reserve squad at 11am local time.
The Generation Adidas trip will wrap up Sunday December 2nd. They are coached by the Houston Dynamo's Dominic Kinnear, and John Spencer.
