The event, a fundraiser for the Greater Columbus Sports Commission, will also feature Doug MacLean, president and general manager of the Columbus Blue Jackets; Gene Smith, athletics director of The Ohio State University; Ken Schnacke, general manager of the Columbus Clippers; Ohio State and NBA basketball star Clark Kellogg and Jim Lachey, vice president of football operation and line coach of the Columbus Destroyers.

The sports leaders will participate in panel discussions and provide inside information about the status of each of their respective organizations. RAVEN-SYMONE PRE-GAME CONCERT SET PRIOR TO SATURDAY'S GAME
Raven-Symone, star of the hit Disney TV show "That's So Raven," will perform a pre-game concert at Crew Stadium prior to The Crew-New York Red Bulls match on Saturday, August 19.

A special concert viewing section has been added exclusively for Raven's biggest fans. 10 GAMES REMAINING FOR THE CREW, CRUNCH TIME AHEAD
If The Crew is going to secure a playoff spot for the eighth time in 11 years, then it is going to have to make a move over the course of its last 10 games. Despite sitting in sixth and last place in the Eastern Conference, The Crew is only eight points behind second-place New England. The top four teams in each conference advance to the MLS Cup playoffs. One positive for Columbus is that it has finished its four-game season series with D.C. United, the top team in the league, while three of the teams ahead of The Crew (New England, New York and Chicago) have to face D.C. two more times each.
