The regular season ends on Sunday, Oct. 15, and the MLS Cup Playoffs begin on Saturday, Oct. 21. The third and fourth place teams from each conference host Conference Semifinal games on Oct. 21 or 22 against the second and first seeds, respectively. The return-leg games of those Conference Semifinal series will be played on Oct. 28 or 29, hosted by the higher-seeded team. For the Conference Championships, the highest remaining seeds will host a single match on Nov. 4 or 5.
MLS Cup 2006 will take place live on ABC at 3:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 12 from Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas. The remaining MLS schedule follows and is available at www.MLSnet.com. Playoff schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Loyalists to hold End of the Season Tailgate Party Extravaganza: It's the last home game of the regular season, and the Loyalists will be sending the season out with a bang. One of RSL's great fan clubs will hold a tailgate party Saturday beginning at 4:00pm. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, chips, etc., will be offered for the low price of just $2 per person. With your $2, you will also receive a raffle ticket, as the Loyalists will be raffling off prize packages of Real Salt Lake and Loyalists merchandise.
On the grassy knoll in the West parking lot next to the grill, the first annual "Last Tailgate Party of the Year Tournament" will be held. It's a two-on-two soccer tournament that is free for anyone to participate in. Just find a partner, and get your team on the list. The tournament will begin at 5:00pm. The victors of this awesome spectacle of athletic prowess will be awarded the "Last Tailgate Party of the Year Cup"!
There will be music, fun people and free gear for the crowd. Bring your friends, and your family and we'll all have a great time, sending the season off with a bang.
