CHIVAS USA LAUNCHES OFFICIAL BILINGUAL BLOG, 'DENTRO DEL REBANO':
Chivas USA today launched its official bilingual team blog, 'Dentro del rebano ('Inside the Flock'). A reference to Chivas' nickname, 'Dentro del Rebaño' will provide insider access to Chivas USA and its players, and is designed to be a source of the latest information for both fans and media. CARLOS PAVÓN HEADLINES REAL ESPAÑA ROSTER FOR SATURDAY'S GAME AT FULLERTON:
Real España of Honduras' First Division has announced its travel roster for Saturday's exhibition with Chivas USA. Former Los Angeles Galaxy forward Carlos Pavón, the Honduran National Team's all-time leading scorer, headlines the 20-player roster alongside Douglas Caetano, who currently leads the Honduran First Division in scores. The match will be played at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, in Titan Stadium on the campus of Cal State Fullerton. Prior to the match, there will be a ceremony honoring three members of Honduras' 1982 FIFA World Cup team: Gilberto Germán Yearwood, Jaime Enrique Villegas and Roberto "Macho" Figueroa. Tickets are priced at 20 dollars in advance of the game, and 25 dollars at the gate, and can be found at select outlets. More information on ticketing can be found by calling (310) 467-6637. CHIVAS USA RECORDS WINS OVER FRESNO FUEGO, SAN DIEGO STATE:
The Red-and-White are coming off a pair of wins over the weekend, beating San Diego State 2-1 on Saturday before taking a 4-0 victory over the Fresno Fuego of the Premier Development League on Sunday. Before Saturday's exhibition against Real España, the team will take on Cal State Fullerton on Wednesday at The Home Depot Center.

KLJESTAN AND U.S. U-23 TO PLAY CANADA FOR SPOT IN OLYMPICS ON THURSDAY:
Chivas USA midfielder Sacha Kljestan and the United States U-23 National Team will face Canada on Thursday, March 20 in Nashville, Tenn., with the winner qualifying automatically for the Olympic Games to be held in Beijing, China, this summer. The match will be broadcast live on Fox Soccer Channel and ESPN Deportes. Last week, Kljestan played in all three of the U.S. U-23's group stage games in Olympic qualifying this past week. Coming off the bench in a 1-1 tie with Cuba, Kljestan then started and played 90 minutes against Panama, a 1-0 win, before starting as the captain in the team's 1-0 victory over Honduras. Kljestan, who has four appearances with the full U.S. National Team, captained the U-23 squad in a tour of China in December.


Sueño MLS FINALISTS ANNOUNCED; WILL TRAIN WITH CHIVAS USA U-16'S:
After playing a game against the Chivas USA U-16 Team last Thursday in The Home Depot Center, five of the Sueño MLS 'Final 18' have been named in the competition, a nationally-televised search to discover America's best undiscovered young soccer players. These five players, one goalkeeper, three midfielders and one forward, ranging in age from 15 to 17, have been invited to train over the next two weeks with the Chivas USA U-16 Team, which competes in the prestigious U.S. Soccer Development Academy and is coached by former Chivas de Guadalajara players Samuel Rivas and Miguel Ramos. The winner of the Los Angeles Sueño MLS, along with another winner from a concurrent competition in Dallas, will be announced live on Sunday, March 30, hours before Chivas USA and FC Dallas open the season at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas. 'KICK-IT' ON SATURDAY, MARCH 29 IN GRANADA HILLS:
'Kick-it at the Park L.A. with Chivas USA' continues on Saturday, March 29, with a clinic at Granada Hills Recreation Center at 16730 Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills. Run in conjunction with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, 'Kick-it' is a series of clinics that emphasize physical fitness, sports, and education for as many as 400 children at each of 40 locations throughout the year. A five-dollar fee gets participants 90 minutes of instruction, a voucher for a free ticket to a Chivas USA game, a t-shirt, soccer ball, and Certificate of Completion. Most recently, Chivas USA held a clinic at Branford Park at 13310 Branford Street in Arleta on March 15.
