Do I get my seats for other BMO field events?


No. Your season seat package is only for Toronto FC games and Toronto FC related events. BMO field is a community owned facility, which holds a number of other events. Toronto FC does not have seat licensing, which means that your season seats are not held for you for these other events.

What are the Ticket Office hours?
The ticket office is open 7 days a week. The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday a 9:30am until 6:00pm. Sunday's hours of operation are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The tickets office is located at Gate 1, which is the North East corner of the stadium.


When do I get to renew my seats?
The renewal process will begin in mid to late Aug. As a valued season seat holder you have the "first right of refusal." SSH always have the first opportunity to repurchase the same seats year in and year out. Your Account Executive will contact you during this period and give you the opportunity to buy your seats for next season.


Do I get first right of refusal?
Yes. When you purchased your season seats, you bought the "first right of refusal" as part of your season ticket package.


How do I upgrade my seats?
The upgrade or "relocation" process will happen after the renewal period. Once all renewals are complete a relocation process, for any SSH wishing to move seats, will take place. The relocation process will be dependent on availability and not all requests can be met.


Can I buy additional seats? Yes. SSH will have an opportunity to purchase additional season seats. In order to do this, you must update your online account manager to indicate your desire to purchase additional seats. You can do this by logging on to your Account Manager and applying to the waiting list. SSH will be added to the "platinum" level of the waiting list Additional seats are subject to availability, which will be determined after the initial renewal period.


Can I sell the rights to my seats?
No. As a SSH you do not own the rights to the seats, because there is no seat license at BMO field. As the SSH holder you will be the primary name on the account and will always be contacted by the account executive.


Where can I buy merchandise?
Merchandise can be purchased at BMO field's numerous kiosk stands on game days or online at the official online shop of TFC. On non game days, all merchandise can be purchased at Centre Sports located at gate 1 of the Air Canada Centre. Remember as a SSH use your membership card at these locations and you receive a 15% discount on all purchases.


Can I relocate my seats next year?
Yes. This will depend on availability after the renewal process. Relocation will take place after the initial renewal process. Once all remaining available inventory is determined, relocation will take place.
