"Benfica are one of the biggest clubs in the world, they're renowned for having wonderful players . You saw tonight they have great support from their fans. It's a pleasure when you can let your guys try and express themselves and play against the likes of Benfica."
On the game:
"We had some chances, they had some chances. I wish there were some goals for the fans, but it wasn't to be tonight. It's always nice when you see teams come in and play the way they played, because they play with flair they play with one and two touches, our guys will learn from that."

"The first half we played better, we had some chances to score a goal. In the second half Toronto made a lot of substitutions; we don't have the same players to do that. But we had good chances; the players gave everything they had for a match at the end of the season."
