TFC Academy went down to a 1-0 defeat at Brampton Lions in the Canadian Soccer League on Sunday. Daniel Nascrimento scored the winning goal for Brampton in the 44th minute.
It was Toronto's second defeat of the weekend after losing at home to Italia Shooters on Friday. The Academy now has a record of 2-3-0 in the CSL this season. They return to action on Friday, June 6th against Portugal FC at Lamport Stadium.
The TFC Academy Under 16's team is playing in the CSL Reserve Division this season. They kick off tonight, Monday, June 2nd, against Portugal FC Reserves at Esther Shiner Stadium. Kick off is 9:00 p.m.
