Statement on Long Ticket Sales Lines

The Dynamo organization apologizes for the unusually long delays that were encountered in our ticket lines on Wednesday night. We aim to provide a higher level of service than what was delivered. The lines were a result of a system failure that caused the shut down of half of the stadium's ticket windows. It was further magnified by a walk-up crowd that was more than three times greater than the average. We assure you that the problem has been rectified, and we will be better prepared to serve our walk-up customers on April 2nd and beyond. Thank you for your support and understanding.
