Thank you to all who participated in the Crew Soccer Foundation's Sports Memorabilia Auction and Raffle during the Crew's sold-out game against the L.A. Galaxy. Fans perused more than 80 items from a variety of sports stars. Notable names include every member of our Columbus Crew (including Crew Cat) as well as:
Brian McBride, David Beckham, Juan Pablo Angel, Cuauhtemoc Blanco, Jim Tressel, Thad Matta, Archie Griffin, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Brady Quinn, Grady Sizemore, Jim Thome, Bob Feller, Aaron Harang and Joe Torre.
In all more than $8,200 was raised for Crew Soccer Foundation programs including soccer field development, a referee scholarship, and a GOALS Life Skills Handbook for kids.
The Crew Soccer Foundation (CSF) is the charitable arm of Major League Soccer's Columbus Crew and is dedicated to serving as a catalyst for community investment and development.
