Season seat holder deadline

This summer, Toronto FC takes on Vancouver Whitecaps and Montreal Impact in a three team round robin tournament. The overall winner on points will represent Canada in North America's premier club competition for the Champions' Cup, which has been contested since 1962. This tournament mimics Europe's UEFA Champions League and South America's Copa Libertadores. The winner of that competition will go up against the Champions from all areas of the globe fight to become World Club Champions.

If TFC can qualify for an international tournament for the first time, it would be a big moment in the club's history. The CONCACAF Champions League will see teams from countries such as the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica and Honduras. The reputation of Toronto FC would be enhanced by competing in this competition with the best club's in the CONCACAF region. To get to the Champions League, the Reds first have to win the tournament against their Canadian rivals. It is the first time that the three leading professional clubs in Canada have faced each other in an organized competition.

TFC kick off the tournament in Montreal on May 27th, with the home games at BMO Field in July. Emotions will be running high at BMO Field for a July 1st, Canada Day showdown with Vancouver Whitecaps, then Montreal Impact come to town on July 22nd.
